Running Projects
Minha Metade
I founded Minha Metade, an event design and production studio specializing in weddings and intimate private events, with a focus on decoration, atmosphere, and aesthetic storytelling where visual detail plays a central role in shaping the overall experience. I deliver end-to-end services including concept development, design, production, logistics, and on-site execution.
The project brings together my background in event planning and business development with a long-standing passion for aesthetics and handmade elements, while keeping me closely involved in the practical side of building.

Past Projects

Monte do Ramalho
I support the strategic development of a ten-year-old rural hospitality business with a strong foundation in wedding sales and limited diversification. My work included introducing a new wedding decoration service line and upsell strategies, generating approximately 70% year-on-year growth and around 150% median growth within that service line. I also contributed to pricing strategy, sales logic, and inquiry management, improving conversion rates and client expectation alignment. Alongside this, I developed operational systems supporting daily workflows and event execution that remain in active use, while also contributing to the business’s international positioning within the destination wedding and rural tourism market.

Bánkitó Festival
I led the operations and strategic coordination of the festival, managing a 10–15 person core team that expanded to around 70 people during peak delivery periods. During the post-COVID recovery phase I played a central role in restoring the event to its pre-2019 performance levels within one year, followed by approximately 10% year-on-year growth in both attendance and revenue. Alongside this, I developed internal operational systems that clarified task ownership, improved cross-team communication, and connected the different divisions involved in delivering the festival.

Alt.Bp
I led a publicly commissioned cultural strategy project for the Budapest Mayor’s Office, managing operations, budget, and full project delivery within a three-month timeline. The work involved coordinating approximately 350 cultural initiatives across the city and developing an interactive data visualization and mapping platform supported by original editorial and audiovisual content. As part of the project, I also organized a three-day city-wide conference and event series taking place across 12 different locations.

Kanyargó
I founded a grassroots regional tourism initiative in the Danube Bend aimed at addressing the challenges of uncontrolled visitor growth. The project built a cross-sector network connecting around 50 local businesses, seven municipalities, and national transport partners including MÁV and MAHART. As part of the initiative, I delivered physical and digital tourism maps, developed a shared regional branding framework, and organized a stakeholder conference bringing together key actors of the region. The project established a pilot model for cooperative and more sustainable destination development.

Camp Szőnyi
With more than fifty years of history, this summer camp and art school managed to maintain its independent, free-spirited, and open-minded approach. As part of the new generation, we continued to offer a robust artistic education program, organizing a three-week course every summer for adults and children. I was overseeing the camp's operations and coordinating events. Additionally, I played a key role in fostering relationships with the local community and the town's mayor to ensure strong connections and support.

Szőnyi Kino Garden
As a side project of Camp Szőnyi, we established an international film festival featuring a diverse range of artistic and cultural programs. I was a member of the founding team involved in the implementation process. This festival typically spanned three extended weekends. Starting from scratch, we secured three reliable partnerships with organizations from Hungary, Slovenia, and Poland, building robust and lasting relationships. By leveraging only organic marketing techniques, we successfully reached our targeted number of attendees for the festival's third edition, marking a significant milestone in our growth and development.

Jazzaj
Jazzaj is a project dedicated to supporting Budapest's free jazz scene by organizing weekly concert series and building a connected network of artists and enthusiasts. I joined in the project's third year, and soon after, we established a nonprofit organization to further our mission. During these active years, the popularity of free jazz grew significantly within the city, extending its reach to commercial venues and festivals. This expansion played a crucial role in promoting this vibrant cultural scene.

Variety of venue programming and event management
At a venue’s opening year, I coordinated program schedules, handled social media content, and supervised logistics, ensuring high-quality guest experiences.
In my role as personal assistant to the founder of a major festival, I managed urgent problem-solving on-site, updated the festival's app to keep attendees informed, and ensured seamless team communication, helping the event run smoothly.
Additionally, I managed all musical programming at another venue, overseeing the entire organizing team, closely collaborating with the communications coordinator, and even assisting in bar management.
Each project required a unique, hands-on approach, showcasing my adaptability and comprehensive skills across various aspects of event and venue management.
