My journey has been a little different from the conventional narrative. I didn’t follow a predefined path or experience one defining turning point—I’ve known who I am for as long as I can remember.
Growing up with a strong personality and clear ambitions was both a gift and a challenge. Being different at a young age often meant feeling out of place, unseen, or uncertain of my value. experience building, stabilizing, and growing complex projects. I specialize in translating
visions, early-stage ideas, or underperforming structures into executable strategies,
operational systems, and measurable business results, working at the intersection of strategy
and day-to-day execution.
My professional background spans hospitality and rural tourism development, cultural
and public-sector projects, venue and festival operations, and service-based business
creation. I am particularly effective in environments undergoing change - new ventures,
expanding business lines, and post-crisis recovery - bringing hands-on experience in revenue
development, pricing logic, sales funnels, operations management, team coordination, and
client-facing delivery across multidisciplinary and international contexts.
