My Story

Hello, my name is Emma.

My story is a bit different from what I usually hear from others.
I didn’t follow a predefined path and then have one big turning point later in life. I’ve known who I am for as long as I can remember.

I grew up with a very strong personality, clear dreams, and a deep dedication to move toward them. I was always very much myself. And while that might sound like an advantage, it also came with its own difficulties. Being so different at a young age can be lonely. It can make you feel out of place, unseen, and unsure of your value.

I struggled with not fitting in, with self-esteem, self-worth, and periods of depression. I had to learn early how to stand by myself and trust who I am, even when my environment didn’t reflect it back to me.

Over time, this became something I mastered. Learning how to stay true to yourself, how to live in alignment with who you are, and how to build a life around that — this is a journey I’ve lived deeply. And it’s a perspective I now bring into my work with others.

Professional Experience & Expertise

I have extensive experience in project management, business development, and strategic planning.

Over the past decade, I’ve built and led projects — from cultural initiatives and festivals to rural tourism concepts and hospitality-driven experiences. I’ve worked closely with artists, entrepreneurs, local stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, often in complex and changing environments.

This work taught me how to take ideas from concept to execution: how to structure them, make them viable, and adapt them to real-world conditions. I’ve learned how to balance vision with practicality, creativity with structure, and long-term goals with everyday decisions.

What I bring into my work today is not just technical expertise, but a deep understanding of how projects actually grow — and where they usually get stuck. I support others in turning unclear ideas into structured plans, building sustainable foundations, and navigating both the strategic and human side of creating something new.

Unique Strengths & Approach

My greatest strength is the ability to navigate complexity, prioritize effectively, and manage projects with a clear focus, all while staying adaptable, aware, and forward-thinking.

I excel at maintaining a big-picture view, tracking multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously, and identifying external factors that could influence a project’s success. I firmly believe that each project requires a personalized approach. While also using valuable established practices, I tailor each plan to align with the client’s specific vision, challenges, and opportunities.

My goal is always to provide sustainable, innovative solutions that lead to meaningful, long-term results.
